Exposed concrete technology
(EXPOSED AGGREGATE CONCRETE)
Any concrete surface can be given the aesthetic and durable texture of natural stone (aggregate), thanks to the use of special chemical reagents (abrasives). This texture is not only very attractive in appearance, but also gives the concrete surface useful properties:

Durability and longevity
One of the main advantages of having an exposed concrete roof is its exceptional durability as it holds up very well in heavy traffic. Because it is built of concrete, the concrete aggregate can last for four decades or even longer. This can help save money since you don't have to replace the concrete surface later.
Low maintenance
Exposed concrete surfaces are preferred by many homeowners because they do not require a lot of maintenance. All you have to do is clean the surface of the concrete with water occasionally.
You will also need to wax the concrete initially to give it a shiny appearance. After the first waxing, it should be re-waxed every three to five years in order for the concrete to maintain its lustrous appearance.
In order to wax the concrete surface and protect it from oil, fungus and mold contamination and to give it a silky glossy finish, we recommend a “Color Fresh Intensiv” protective coating which works for 3-5 years on horizontal surfaces and over 10 years on vertical surfaces.
Wide choice of colors and textures
slip resistance
Another important benefit is the many colors this concrete surface can provide. You don't have to settle for drab black or gray colors when you have exposed aggregate concrete. Small exposed stones can consist of a large choice of colors that match or match the exterior colors of your home. on the other side.
Moreover, there is also a huge difference in textures and sizes. The texture can depend on the size of the stone. While some stones are small, others are larger and can be of different shapes.
Availability of raw materials
Stone chips, sand, cement and water - a set of simple ingredients for any concrete mix. The variety and availability of mineral raw materials is another advantage of the exposed aggregate production technology.

Furthermore, the _ exposed concrete floors are largely safe. Keep in mind that this type of surface is slip resistant. This is due to the small stones exposed on the concrete surface giving it a texture so that it is less likely to slip and fall.
Low low cost and simplicity of application
The production of exposed aggregate concrete does not require as many additional tools and materials as other types of decoration techniques.
Hide imperfections
An additional advantage of exposed aggregate concrete is its ability to hide framing marks on the concrete surface. This is due to the fact that slips are made up of different colors that can easily hide marks and stains

How it works?
(Ready Mixed Concrete)
Prepare the mix
Mix stone aggregate, sand, cement, water and functional additives in a concrete mixer

Deactivator
Apply an appropriate deactivator (depending on aggregate size and required depth of wash) to the mold walls

Fill in the template
Pour the concrete mixture into the mold. The mixture is pressed against a vibrating table, increasing the frequency gradually, in short intervals

wash
After the concrete has completely hardened, wash the uncured cement putty off the surface using a high-pressure washer

(applied to fresh concrete)
coding work
Prepare the ground floor

Pouring the concrete mix
Mix aggregates, sand, cement, water and chemical additives and pour concrete.

Deactivator
Spray the deactivator (depending on the size of the aggregate and the required depth of washing) on the fresh mix

wash
After the concrete has completely hardened, wash the uncured cement putty off the surface using a high-pressure washer
