Product Description:
WB PAPER Retarder Paper is used for the production of decorative concrete with aggregate exposed on the surface, including to create a fine texture, for example, for the production of tiles / panels, steps, etc.
HEBAU WB paper
HEBAU paper's effectiveness is confirmed by many years of experience with WB paper around the world. The reverse side of the paper is processed with a special waterproof plastic coating. An industrially reliable surface retarder is applied to the front side. HEBAU WB Paper is available in several different exposure depth profiles (see table below). The quality control system used in the production of WB PAPER has established an international industry standard, by which millions of square meters of concrete with exposed aggregate are produced annually.
Step-by-step submission scheme:
Place the WB paper in the template (text side down)
Pouring concrete into molds
Back side leveling, vibration
The next day remove the formwork and remove the paper WB
Wash with water

aStandard panel sizes: 40 x 20cm, 40 x 40cm, 40 x 60cm, 40 x 80cm, 50 x 25cm, 50 x 50cm, 50 x 75cm, 100 x 100cm (250m2 per pack)
Standard roll sizes:
100cm, 120cm, 150cm, 160cm (roll length = 100m)
Other sizes of sheets and rolls are available upon request
